We will have new fees starting January 2010.
There will be a $40.00 charge for each horse checked in. This will be paid when the horse is checked in(cash only).
No commissions and no No Sale fees on horses that sell under $350.00.
If you horse sells for more than $350.00 you will be charged 8% commission and $10.00 yardage. You will be refunded the $40.00 check in fee.
If you do not have a current coggins test (12 month or younger) there will be a veterinarian on duty to pull one. The cost of the coggins test is $28.00 if your horse already has a permanent I.D. such as a brand, tattoo or microchip or $60.00 for the test if your horse does not have a permanent I.D.
Horses will be sold in number order. Registered horses will sell first, then grade horses. The horse owner will be responsible for getting their horses to the sale ring.
A company rider will be available for your convenience, however there is a $10.00 charge for each horse ridden by the company rider.
15 % commission on any new or used tack sold.
